Faith Formation

Faith Formation Commission is to assist FMC in living into three priorities: Loving God, Loving each other within the body of Christ, and to Love our neighbors.

To provide Christian education for all ages which includes baptism & membership, programs for children, youth (JYF and MYF), and young adults, and equipping congregants for ministry.

To work at that task we’ve done both Bible and book studies. All have used MennoMedia resources including GLOW for children. Youth are encouraged and assisted in attending snow camps, work projects, and conventions. Adults have used books that focus on subjects such as creation care, racism, ableism, conflict.

There are also times when inter-generational activities are planned especially around holidays, special events and during the summer.
