Lucy Hess attended North Montgonery High School in Crawfordsville, dedicating herself to band, theatre, Ethics Bowl and Youth Civic Engagement Council. She was band major her senior year.
Lucy plans to attend Denison University in Ohio and study Policy and Public Affairs.
