Community Blood Drive

Hat Making Party
This is a family friendly event put on by Circle City Mutual Aid. We need volunteers to cut fabric, sew, and those that have mobile sewing machines are welcome to bring them. Snacks will be provided.
Those of you who don’t know what Circle City Mutual Aid (CCMA) is it is a group of people who focus on the health of marginalized people. We are an all volunteer organization that disperses health related supplies on Sundays from 4-6 PM, across from the Central Library. We have medical personnel available, if a medical diagnosis is needed.
We have a tax exempt status through Hack Club (hackclub.org). CCMA was grandfathered into the organization, after Hack Club restricted organizations it sponsored to those of middle or high school aged groups. We have a presence on Facebook; the last post was in 2024, but the general information is still accurate. We also have a website, https://ccma.community/.
Junior Youth Fellowship (JYF) at Second Helpings
Our Junior Youth Fellowship (JYF) group volunteered at Second Helpings over the weekend, accompanied by Pastors Ndunge Sefu and Jonathan Landis. They enjoyed connecting with each other and serving our community!
Fall Work Day
Please mark your calendar and let's do some sprucing up around the church. Outside we will mostly be doing bush trimming and brush removal, as well as power washing/cleaning our sign. Inside we need volunteers to wipe down and clean the toys in the nursery. Bring your rakes, gloves, and warm smiles and we will get it done. Tentative rain delay date is scheduled for November 8th, same time. Thank you!
